There is hereby established in the Borough of
Folsom, in the County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey, the position
of Recycling Coordinator.
The Borough Recycling Coordinator shall be appointed
by the governing body for a term of one year beginning January 1 of
each year.
The Borough Recycling Coordinator shall be responsible
for complying with all state laws as to mandatory recycling within
the Borough of Folsom.[1]
