Borough of Folsom, NJ Article IX Municipal Administrative Assistant

§ 41-26 Creation.

There is hereby established in the Borough of Folsom, in the County of Atlantic, State of New Jersey, the position of Municipal Administrative Assistant.

§ 41-27 Date effective.

The Municipal Administrative Assistant shall be appointed by the governing body effective January 1, 2004, or as soon thereafter as may be practicable.

§ 41-28 Duties.

The duties of the Municipal Administrative Assistant shall be set forth in the Borough of Folsom job descriptions.[1]
