No owner shall permit, nor shall any person
operate, a vehicle with a gross weight in excess of 7,000 pounds to
pass over, travel upon or use any of the municipal streets of the
Borough of Folsom situate in any residential zone.

A. No person shall park, nor owner permit to be parked,
any truck tractors, trailers, tractor-trailers, or any vehicles with
a gross weight in excess of 7,000 pounds in the street or otherwise,
in a residential zone in the Borough of Folsom.
B. No person shall park, nor owner permit to be parked,
any truck tractors, trailers, tractor-trailers, or any vehicles with
a gross weight in excess of 7,000 pounds or any motor home, camper-type
vehicle, or camper trailer on any Borough street, road or highway
in the Borough of Folsom at any time.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any
provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to a
fine not exceeding $1,250, a term of imprisonment not exceeding 90
days or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days, or any
combination thereof.
The owner and operator of any overweight vehicle used in violation of §
187-12 of this article shall be responsible to the Borough of Folsom for any damage done to the streets and roads in the Borough of Folsom by reason of the violation.
Signs necessary to implement this article shall
be conspicuously placed in accordance with the Manual of Uniform Traffic
Control Devices for Streets and Highways.
