No person shall disobey or fail to follow the
order, direction or other signal of any New Jersey State Trooper,
Police Officer or other properly authorized law enforcement official
within the Borough; nor shall any person disobey or fail to follow
the traffic instructions on any properly posted traffic controlled
device or traffic signal within the Borough.
Any New Jersey State Trooper, Police Officer,
or other properly authorized law enforcement official within the Borough
shall have the power and authority to arrest, without warrant, any
person found to be violating any of the provisions of this article.
Any person violating any of the provisions of
this article shall, upon conviction, be punished for each offense
by a fine not to exceed $1,000 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding
90 days or both.
