Whenever any words and phrases are used in this chapter, the meaning respectively ascribed to them out of Title 1 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey (N.J.S.A. 1:1-2) shall be deemed to apply to such words and phrases used herein.
No person who is not a member of Fire Company No. 1 shall park a vehicle at any time upon and along the area immediately adjacent to the southerly wall of the premises housing Fire Company No. 1.

No person shall park a vehicle for a period of time longer than one hour at any time between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. of any day, except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, upon that area bounded by the westerly side of the herein described parking lot or the southerly side of that area bounded by Somerset Street of the parking lot described in § 230-2.
Ninety-degree angular parking shall be the only type of parking permitted to be utilized in the parking of vehicles on the herein-described parking lot.
No person shall park a vehicle on the parking lot herein described excepting in conformity with the provisions of §§ 230-2, 230-3 and 230-4. Any parking of vehicles in any other portion of the herein-described parking lot is hereby expressly prohibited.

Unless another penalty is expressly provided by New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of a provision of this chapter or any supplement thereto shall be punished by one or more of the following: a fine not exceeding $2,000; imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days; and/or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days.
