The provision of Subtitle 1, Title 39, of the
Revised Statutes of New Jersey be and the same are hereby made applicable
to the properties described in this article.
A.
Parking.
(1)
Parking is prohibited on the semipublic or private
roads, streets and driveways within and leading to and from the Paint
Works Corporate Center.
(2)
The proper Borough officials are hereby authorized
to erect proper "no parking at any time" signs designating the foregoing
parking areas.
(3)
In all other areas of the Corporate Center, vehicles
shall be parked only in accordance with and within the lanes designated
on the parking surface.
(4)
Any person, firms, corporations or partnerships convicted
of violating any of the provisions of this section shall be punished
by a fine of not more than $50 or imprisonment for a total not exceeding
15 days, or both, in the discretion of the Judge.
