Pursuant to statutory authority, the township does hereby authorize
and provide indemnification of its employees, officials and appointees in
accordance with the indemnification provisions applicable to all state employees.
Such indemnification shall apply to any act or omission of the employee, official
or appointee, whether intentional or not, occurring within the scope of his/her
employment.
