The position of Public Works Department Manager for the Township of Hamilton is hereby created and established.
The qualifications for the position of Public Works Department Manager shall be set by the Township Committee. The nature and extent of services performed by said Public Works Department Manager are as defined in a job description approved by the Township Committee and on file with the Township Clerk and open to public inspection at the Township Clerk's Office forthwith upon introduction of this article.
The salary range for the position of Public Works Department Manager shall be established by the Township Committee and included in the Township of Hamilton Salary and Wage Ordinance. The annual salary shall be established by the Township Committee and included in and set forth in the annual salary and wage resolution.
