The position of Recreation/Community Activities
Coordinator in the Township of Hamilton Administration Department
is hereby created and established.
The qualifications for the position of Recreation/Community
Activities Coordinator shall be established by the Township Committee
of the Township of Hamilton. The nature and extent of services performed
by said Recreation/Community Activities Coordinator shall be as defined
in a job description approved by the Township Committee and on file
with the Township Clerk and open to public inspection at the Township
Clerk's Office forthwith upon introduction of this article.
A.
The salary ranges for the position of Recreation/Communities
Activities Coordinator shall be established by the Township Committee
and set forth in the ordinance entitled "Ordinance Fixing and Establishing
the Salaries and Wages of Municipal Officials and Employees of the
Township of Hamilton, County of Atlantic, State of New Jersey."
B.
The annual salary of the Recreation/Community Activities
Coordinator shall be established and set forth in the annual Non-Union
Salary Resolution adopted by the Township Committee of the Township
of Hamilton.
