The Township of Hamilton Rescue Squad shall
be permitted to establish a fee schedule for cost recovery in order
to bill for emergency medical and rescue services to the residents
and visitors of the Township of Hamilton.
The fee schedule shall be recommended by the
Rescue Squad and approved by the Township Committee annually.
The Township of Hamilton Rescue Squad shall
report to the Mayor and Township Committee Members, through the Administrator
of the Township of Hamilton, on all issues regarding the cost recovery
for emergency medical and rescue services.
