All trash and garbage collected within the Township
of Hamilton, in the County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey, shall
be disposed of by the sanitary landfill or incinerator method in accordance
with the standards for the design, operation and maintenance of sanitary
landfills and incinerators contained in the State Sanitary Code by
March 31, 1959.
