A written request by the owners of Wrangleboro Consumer Square Mall (Block 1319/Lot 2 on the Tax Map of the Township of Hamilton) and of Hamilton Commons Mall (Block 1320/Lots 4.01 and 8 on the Tax Map of the Township of Hamilton) has been received pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:5A-1 for the provisions of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 be made applicable to the properties listed in Schedule A[1] attached hereto and made a part hereof of this article. Specific regulations of requests and plot plan are on file at the Office of the Township Clerk and are hereby made a part of this article.

With the approval of the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation of the State of New Jersey, the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:1 et seq. are hereby applicable to the semipublic or private road, streets, driveways, parking areas and other roadways open to or used by the public, tenants, any and all anchor tenants and satellite tenants and employees of the Wrangleboro Consumer Square Mall (Block 1319/Lot 2) and Hamilton Commons Mall (Block 1320/Lots 4.01 and 8) and any and all future anchor tenants and satellite tenants thereof. Vehicular traffic in the aforementioned areas shall be controlled in the same manner as such traffic is controlled in other portions of the Township.
No person, firm or corporation, or agent thereof, shall at any time park any vehicle on any driveway, semipublic or private road or street on the properties described in this article. All persons shall park only in such parking areas as have been designated upon the aforementioned maps and between parallel lines painted upon the driving surface.
Any vehicle parked or left unattended in an area designated as a no-parking zone or loading zone shall be subject to removal pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 34:4-136 and N.J.S.A. 39:4-56.6, in addition to any other penalties provided for by the New Jersey Revised Statutes or elsewhere in this chapter.

Any person, firms, partnerships or corporations convicted of violating the provisions of this article shall be liable to pay a penalty to the Township of Hamilton of not more than $200 in the discretion of the Municipal Court.
