A written request by the Timber Glen Condominium Association has been received pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:5A-l for the provisions of sub-title 1 of Title 39 to be made applicable to the properties listed on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof of this ordinance. Specific regulations of requests and plot plan are on file at the Office of the Township Clerk and are hereby made a part of this ordinance.
With the approval of the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation of the State of New Jersey, the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:1 et seq., are hereby applicable to the semi-public or private road, streets, parking areas and other roadways open to or used by the public or tenants of Timber Glen Condominiums. Vehicular traffic in the aforementioned areas shall be controlled in the same manner as such traffic is controlled in other portions of the Township.
No person, firm or corporation or agent thereof shall at any time park any vehicle on any driveway, semi-public or private road or street on the properties described in this ordinance. All persons shall park only in such parking areas as have been designated upon the aforementioned maps and between parallel lines painted upon the driving surface.
Any vehicle parked or left unattended in an area designated as a "No Parking" zone shall be subject to removal pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A., 34:4-136 and N.J.S.A. 39:4-56, in addition to any other penalties provided for by the New Jersey Revised Statutes or elsewhere in this chapter.
No person shall operate a motor vehicle on the properties described herein in a manner which is careless or reckless and that is defined by the Revised Statutes of the State of New Jersey and located within Title 39 of the New Jersey Statutes Annotated.
Any person, firms, partnerships or corporations convicted of violating the provisions of this article shall be liable to pay a penalty to the Township of Hamilton of not more than $200 in the discretion of the Municipal Court.
