Authorities Law and shall have and exercise all of the powers and
perform all of the duties provided for by said Sewerage Authorities
Law and any other statutes heretofore enacted and applicable thereto.
Members of the Hanover Sewerage Authority may
receive from the Hanover Sewerage Authority compensation for their

Editor's Note: Ordinance No. 1-60, adopted
1-21-1960, authorizing a contract between the Township and the Sewerage
Authority for the treatment and disposal of sewage, is on file in
the office of the Township Clerk and is saved from repeal and binding
upon the parties. Pursuant to Ord. No. 5A-60, adopted 8-11-1960, the
Township Committee entered into a contract with the Sewerage Authority
conveying the Township-owned sewage system to the Authority along
with the right to use certain lands and properties and interests therein
which are necessary and useful for Authority purposes. Said ordinance
and the contract authorized thereby are on file in the office of the
Township Clerk.
