The Township parks and playing fields are Bayne Park, which is situated on said Sand Spring Road, Blue Mill Road and Glen Alpin Road, and Barrett Field, which is situated on Brook Drive South.
No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed or upon the premises of Bayne Park or Barrett Field.

A. 
During the hours when persons are prohibited from using Bayne Park or Barrett Field, no person shall park any motor vehicle upon the same.
B. 
Parking of motor vehicles in the Bayne Park parking area is prohibited at the entry to the emergency vehicle access road, which must remain unobstructed in the areas so marked at all times.
During the hours when persons are prohibited from using Bayne Park or Barrett Field, no person shall park any motor vehicle upon the same.
Except for emergencies or other special reason, the various parks in the Township shall be open to the public every day of the year during designated hours. The opening and closing hours for each individual park shall be posted therein and shall be determined, from time to time, by resolution of the Township Committee. If no opening or closing hours are established and posted as herein provided, parks shall open at 8:00 a.m. and close at sunset.

No person shall go onto the ice on any of the waters in Bayne Park, Township of Harding, except such areas as are designated as skating areas, and provided that a safety signal is displayed.

A. 
No person shall be permitted to remove water from the pond at Bayne Park as part of the operation of a business of any nature, provided that the Township Committee may, on written application, issue a waiver of said requirements if the Committee determines that:
(1) 
The water supply will not be significantly depleted.
(2) 
The environment will not be adversely affected.
(3) 
The use shall not unreasonably detract from the appearance of the park.
(4) 
Such applicant shall have procured all permits required by any governmental agencies having jurisdiction.
B. 
These prohibitions do not apply to Township employees engaged in maintenance or repair activities, nor to members of a recognized fire department engaged in fire-fighting activities.

A. 
The Police Department of the Township of Harding, in connection with its duties imposed by law, shall diligently enforce the provisions of this chapter and shall have the authority to eject from Bayne Park or Barrett Field any person acting in violation of this chapter.
B. 
In addition to the ejectment penalty, as provided above, any person who violates any provisions of this chapter or who otherwise fails to comply with any of the requirements of this chapter shall, for each such violation or offense, be subject to the general penalty in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I. Each day that a violation or offense continues shall constitute a separate violation hereof.[1]
