Township of Independence, NJ Article IV Stop and Yield Intersections

§ 149-9 Stop intersections designated.

Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the intersections described in Schedule III (§ 149-13), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.

§ 149-10 Yield intersections designated.

Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the intersections described in Schedule V (§ 149-15), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.[1]
