All barbershops within the Township shall be closed for business on Sundays and on the following legal holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.
No barbershop shall be open on weekdays for business before 8:00 a.m. No barbershop shall remain open for business after 7:30 p.m., except on Saturdays and the days preceding any one of the legal holidays hereinabove mentioned, on which days they may remain open for business until 9:00 p.m.; provided, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall be held or construed to prohibit the rendering of barber service to any person already within the barbershop before the hour fixed for closing.
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during on or which a violation occurs or continues.
