There is hereby adopted the New Jersey State
Housing Code (1991 Revision), as a standard governing supplied facilities
and other physical things and conditions essential to making dwellings
safe, sanitary and fit for human habitation and governing the condition
of dwellings, authorizing inspection of dwellings and fixing penalties
for violations.
