No person shall store or park, or permit the storage or parking of,
any trailer (whether or not designed for use for human habitation), or any
motor vehicle licensed for commercial use, or any construction, excavation
or grading equipment on private property in any residential district except
when such trailer, vehicle or equipment is fully enclosed within a lawful
building or except during such time as such trailer, vehicle or equipment
is being used on the premises in connection with lawfully permitted construction
activities.
No person shall store or park, or permit the storage or parking of,
any boat, ship, cruiser, rowboat, skiff or any other marine vessel or equipment.
