The election districts of the Borough of Totowa are hereby revised so that there shall be six election districts.

The districts shall be numbered as follows and shall comprise the following territory, all as indicated on a map prepared by the Borough Clerk on a print of the Key Assessment Map dated December 1966, and on file with the Borough Clerk:
A. 
First District. The First District shall comprise all that territory bounded as follows: Beginning at Union Boulevard and the intersection with Cumberland Avenue (the Borough line) and proceeding in a southerly direction along Cumberland Avenue (the Borough line) to its intersection with the Passaic River (Borough line); thence in a westerly direction along the Passaic River (Borough line) to its intersection with Totowa Road; thence along Totowa Road to its intersection with Union Boulevard; thence in a easterly direction along Union Boulevard to its intersection with Cumberland Avenue (Borough line), the point and place of beginning.
B. 
Second District. The Second District shall comprise all that territory bounded as follows: Beginning at Union Boulevard and its intersection with Hobart Place and proceeding in a northerly direction along Hobart Place to its intersection with Barnert Avenue; thence in an easterly direction along Barnert Avenue to its intersection with Gordon Avenue; thence in a northerly direction along Gordon Avenue and the line of extension of Gordon Avenue to its intersection with the Borough line (except that all lots fronting on Lookout Point Trail and Ridge Trail shall be also included in the Second District); thence in a westerly direction along the Borough line to its intersection with Totowa Road; thence in a southerly direction along Totowa Road to its intersection with Crew Street; thence in a southerly direction along Crew Street to its intersection with Union Boulevard; thence in an easterly direction along Union Boulevard to its intersection with Hobart Place, the point and place of beginning.
C. 
Third District. The Third District shall comprise all that territory bounded as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Union Boulevard and Totowa Road and proceeding in an easterly direction along Totowa Road to its intersection with the Borough line (the Passaic River); thence in a southerly direction along the Borough line (the Passaic River) to its intersection with Interstate Route 80; thence in a westerly direction along Interstate Route 80 to its intersection with Union Boulevard; thence in an easterly direction along Union Boulevard to its intersection with Totowa Road, the point and place of beginning.
D. 
Fourth District. The Fourth District shall comprise all that territory bounded as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Union Boulevard and Crew Street and proceeding in a northerly direction along Crew Street to its intersection with Totowa Road; thence in a westerly, then northerly, then westerly direction along Totowa Road to its intersection with the Borough line; thence in a westerly direction along the Borough line to its intersection with the boundary of Plate No. 19, as shown on the Assessment Map of the Borough of Totowa dated December 1966; thence in a southerly and then westerly direction along the boundary line of said Plate No. 19 to its intersection with River View Drive; thence in a southerly direction along River View Drive to its intersection with the Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad right-of-way; thence in an easterly direction along the Delaware, Lackawanna and Western Railroad right-of-way to its intersection with Union Boulevard; thence in an easterly direction along Union Boulevard to its intersection with Crew Street, the point and place of beginning.
E. 
Fifth District. The Fifth District shall be comprised of all territory bounded as follows: Beginning at the intersection of Union Boulevard and the Borough line (at Cumberland Avenue) and proceeding in a northerly and then easterly direction along the Borough line to the intersection of Preakness Avenue (also the Borough line); thence in a westerly and then northerly direction along Preakness Avenue (the Borough line) to its intersection with the Borough line; thence in a westerly direction along the Borough line to the intersection of the line of extension of Gordon Avenue; thence in a southerly direction along the line of extension of Gordon Avenue and Gordon Avenue itself to its intersection with Barnert Avenue (except that all lots fronting on Lookout Point Trail and Ridge Trail shall be included in the Second District); thence in a westerly direction along Barnert Avenue to its intersection with Hobart Place; thence in a southerly direction along Hobart Place to its intersection with Union Boulevard; thence in an easterly direction along Union Boulevard to its intersection with the Borough line (Cumberland Avenue), the point and place of beginning.
F. 
Sixth District. The Sixth District shall be comprised of all that territory not included within the boundaries of the other districts described above.

The lines as designated in § 32-2 hereof shall be construed to mean the center lines of the streets named, except where a line is referred to as including both sides of a street, or as otherwise specified.
