No person shall use a public way within the Town, within the period
from 1/2 hour after sunset to 1/2 hour before sunrise, while jogging,
roller skating or skateboarding, without having a reflector or reflector tape
attached to the front and back of such person, visible for a distance of 200
feet under normal atmospheric conditions.
Whoever violates any provision of this By-Law shall be liable to penalty
of $10 for a first offense and $25 for a second or subsequent offense within
a calendar year.
