It shall be the duty of the Selectmen to publish the annual reports of the boards, committees or officers of the Town and such report shall be issued and ready for distribution one week, at least, previous to the Annual Town Meeting.
All boards, committees or officers of the Town having charge of the expenditure of money shall report in such manner as to give the citizens a fair and full understanding of the objects and methods of such expenditures.
The Annual Report, in addition to the reports of the aforesaid boards, committees or officers, shall contain a complete list of the elective and appointed officials of the Town and the organizations of the various boards, and copies of the warrants of all Town Meetings held during the preceding year and of the records showing the action taken thereon at each meeting.

The reports of all boards, committees or officers which are to be printed in the Annual Report of the Town shall be delivered to the Board of Selectmen within a date as said Board may from time to time determine.

The Finance Committee shall publish the report of the Finance Committee, containing such information and recommendations and presented in such form and detail as the Finance Committee may recommend.
The Board of Health shall make a full and comprehensive annual report of its acts during the preceding year, and of the sanitary condition of the Town.
