Beach area residents or property owners are allowed the right to repair,
replace or resurface in kind 100% or any part of an existing bituminous or
concrete driveway, walk or pad that is on their property without restriction.
The above shall be taken to include any other existing impervious material
used for those driveways, walks or pads.
