§ 134-1 Binding of load on truck required.

The person having control of any truck or vehicle carrying wastepaper or other material to the public dump or any other destination shall bind or secure the load against being scattered in any street or public place or on the property of another.

§ 134-2 Violations and penalties.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than twenty dollars ($20.) for each offense and shall be responsible to clean up any such material so scattered and repair any damage thereby.
