A curfew shall be sounded within the village at 10:00 p.m. No person
or persons, being the parent or parents, guardian or guardians of any such
child or children under the age of 14 years, shall permit or cause such child
or children to loiter or play, unattended by adult company, in any public
place in the village after the sounding of such curfew.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
Includes the words "firm" and "corporation."
Any violation of any section of this chapter shall constitute disorderly
conduct and such violation shall be punishable by imprisonment in the St.
Lawrence County Jail for a term not exceeding six months, or by a fine not
exceeding $50, or both.
