The violation of any of the provisions of this
chapter is hereby declared to be a violation punishable by a fine
of not to exceed $250 or 15 days in jail, or by both such fine and
imprisonment.
In addition to any such fine, or in lieu thereof,
violation of any provision of this chapter shall, upon written notice
specifying the violation and affording the licensee the right to a
hearing before the Village Board, subject the licensee to loss of
license to carry on or continue business of amusement center or place
of amusement.
