The local laws, ordinances and resolutions of the City of Watertown of a general and permanent nature adopted by the City Council of the City of Watertown by L.L. No. 1-1986 on December 1, 1986, as revised, codified and consolidated into chapters, Articles and sections by General Code Publishers Corp. as set forth below, and as renumbered to consist of Chapters 1 through 310, together with an Appendix, are hereby approved, adopted, ordained and enacted as the "Code of the City of Watertown," hereafter known and referred to as the "Code."
