A.
The City charges fees for the use of its facilities
and for certain ministerial duties performed by City personnel in
an effort to recoup costs associated with the City services provided.
Such fees and charges shall be as established by the City Council
of the City of Watertown at least annually through a budget resolution
that adopts a City Fees and Charges Schedule. Such schedule shall
be available to the public at the office of the Watertown City Clerk.

B.
Fees for activities delineated in this chapter may
be waived by resolution of the City Council of the City of Watertown
upon the application of any individual, group or organization showing
that such waiver will promote a valid public or municipal purpose.
