A schedule of reasonable and uniform fees that are required to be paid
for permits, licenses or services or the amounts of corporate bonds of indemnity
that are now required or are provided for by chapters of the Code of the Township
of Whitpain or that may hereafter be required or provided for shall be established
by a resolution or resolutions of the Board of Supervisors of the Township
of Whitpain adopted at a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors.
Such schedule or schedules may be revised or amended from time to time
in whole or in part by a similar resolution or resolutions of the Board of
Supervisors adopted at a regular meeting.
The schedule or schedules of fees established pursuant to this chapter
shall be kept on file in the office of the Township Manager and shall be kept
up-to-date by the Manager in the event of any changes or revisions therein
by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.
