(a)
This Charter is the organic law of the Town of Woodbridge
providing for the administration of its local affairs.
(b)
Matters of administration of local affairs not provided
for by this charter, or by lawful ordinance shall be governed by the
General Statutes and any Special Acts of the State of Connecticut
applicable to the Town.
