Editor's Note: This article was originally
adopted by the Special Town Meeting 3-29-1963 and amended by the Board
of Selectmen 2-9-1977.
There shall be established a Commission known
as the "Woodbridge Conservation Commission."
The Commission shall recommend to the Board
of Selectmen the preservation, development and conservation of natural
resources, including water resources, within the Town of Woodbridge.
The Commission shall consist of seven resident
electors or resident voters appointed by the Board of Selectmen.
The Commission shall have the powers and duties
set forth in C.G.S. § 7-131a, Revision of 1958, as it may
from time to time be amended.
