A. 
Appointment. Pursuant to § 7-7(a) of the Charter of the Town of Woodbridge, the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Woodbridge shall appoint an Assessor as of July 1 to serve for a period of four years or until a successor is appointed.
B. 
Duties and powers. The Assessor shall have all of the duties prescribed by law.
A. 
Appointment. Pursuant to § 7-7(a) of the Charter of the Town of Woodbridge, the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Woodbridge shall appoint a Tax Collector as of July 1 to serve for a period of four years or until a successor is appointed.
B. 
Duties and powers. The Tax Collector shall have all of the duties prescribed by law.
A. 
Appointment. Pursuant to § 7-7(a) of the Charter of the Town of Woodbridge, the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Woodbridge shall appoint a Town Clerk as of July 1 to serve for a period of four years or until a successor is appointed. The Board of Selectmen shall appoint Assistant Town Clerks as of July 1, in such number as it deems advisable, to serve for a period of four years or until a successor is appointed.
B. 
Duties and powers. The Town Clerk and each Assistant Town Clerk shall have all of the duties prescribed by law.

Appointment. Pursuant to § 7-7(a) of the Charter of the Town of Woodbridge, the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Woodbridge shall appoint a Registrar of Vital Statistics as of July 1 to serve for a period of four years or until a successor is appointed. The Board of Selectmen shall appoint Sub-Registrars of Vital Statistics as of July 1, in such number as it deems advisable, to serve for a period of four years or until a successor is appointed.
B. 
Duties and powers. The Registrar of Vital Statistics and Sub-Registrars of Vital Statistics shall have all the duties prescribed by law.
A. 
Appointment. Pursuant to § 7-7(a) of the Charter of the Town of Woodbridge, the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Woodbridge shall appoint an Administrative Officer as of July 1 to serve for a period of four years or until a successor is appointed.
B. 
Duties and powers. The Administrative Officer shall have the duties and powers set forth in Article VII, § 7-13, of the Charter of the Town of Woodbridge.
