The Board of Appeals established under the Zoning By-Law shall
be and shall act as the Board of Appeals under the Subdivision Control
Law, being Sections 81K to 81GG inclusive of Chapter 41 of the General
Laws, and any acts in amendment thereof or in addition thereto.
