Editor's Note: This local law was approved
at referendum 3-15-1977.
The purpose of this chapter is to exercise the
local option granted in § 187 of the General Municipal Law,
in the manner prescribed in § 188 of said law, with respect
to the conduct of games of chance within the Village.
Subject to all the provisions of Article 9-A
of the General Municipal Law, the conduct of games of chance within
the Village by duly licensed, authorized organizations, as therein
provided, is hereby authorized.
