Editor's Note: Local Law No. 1-1981, adopted 1-5-1981, provided
as follows: "All fines, penalties and forfeitures paid to the Town
of Fishkill pursuant to Paragraph a of Subdivision 1 of § 1803
of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law shall be credited to
the fund of the Town of Fishkill known as the 'Part Town - Town Outside
of Village Fund.'"
