[Adopted 11-3-1993 by L.L. No. 2-1993]
The purpose of this article is to repeal Local
Law No. 2-1963, which prohibited the use of fluoride or fluoride solution
in the City of Geneva's water supply, and to hereinafter permit use
of fluoride or fluoride solution to be added to and made a part of
the water supply of the City of Geneva.
Fluoride or fluoride solution may be added to
and made a part of the City of Geneva's water supply.
