One-hundred-two-inch-wide vehicles and/or combination tractor and single trailer vehicles over 60 feet in length are permitted on the following Township-owned or -controlled roads: Church Road, East Buck Road (Pennsburg Borough line to Geryville Pike), James Road, Montgomery Avenue, Schoolhouse Road, Sixth Street (Red Hill Borough line to James Road), State Street and Water Street.

Vehicles with a wheel base over 21 feet in length and combination tractor/trailer vehicles of any length are prohibited on the following Township-owned or -controlled roads: Kraussdale Road, Landis Road, Mill Hill Road, Warner School Road, Wasser Road and Ziegler Road.
Any person found in violation of this article shall pay a fine of not more than $1,000, as determined by the Magisterial District Judge. In accordance with Section 1601 of the Second Class Township Code,[1] this article shall be enforced as a summary offense under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure.
