No person shall operate in any public way or
public place within the town a radio, Victrola, broadcasting or sound-amplifying
device or machine without first obtaining a license for such operation
from the Select Board.
This chapter shall not prohibit the operation
of a radio in a private passenger automobile.

The fee for such license shall be $10.
