[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Lake George 1-1-1920;

Effective the first day of local registration, District I and District
II of the Town of Lake George, as presently constituted, shall be revised
into an additional District III, said districts having designations and boundaries
as follows:
A.Â
Election District I: Beginning at the center of the Adirondack
Northway (I-87) easterly down the center line of Big Hollow Road, to the intersection
of the center line of Route 9, southerly to the center line of Hubbell Lane,
easterly down the center line of Hubbell Lane to the intersection of Middle
Road center line, northerly along the center line of Middle Road, to a point
of intersection of the center line of Middle Road and Summit Drive, (southeasterly)
down the center line of Summit Drive to the intersection of the center line
of Antler Avenue, in a generally (northeasterly) direction to the center line
of Lake View Circle Drive, thence easterly down the center line of Lake View
Circle Drive to the center line of Hill Drive, continuing from the center
line of Hill Drive easterly to the center line of the intersection of Route
9N, thence northerly along the center line of Route 9N to the intersection
of the center line of Route 9N and Morris Lane, down the center line of Morris
Lane, to the lake.
B.Â
Election District II: All the remainder of the Town existing
between the lines heretofore described in the above Election District I and
Election District III shall be and hereby is established and constituted as
Election District II of the Town of Lake George.
C.Â
Election District III: Beginning at the center of the
Adirondack Northway (I-87) easterly down the center line of Chestnut Street
extension, to the center line of Cooper Street, thence southerly along the
center line of Cooper Street to the intersection of the center line of Caldwell
Avenue, easterly down the center line of Caldwell Avenue to the intersection
of the center line of Helen Street, continuing southerly along the center
line of Helen Street, to the intersection of the center line of Mohican Street,
easterly down the center line of Mohican Street to the intersection of the
center line of Route 9 (Canada Street), thence northerly along the center
line of Canada Street to the intersection of the center line of Canada Street
and Beach Road, thence easterly to a point adjacent to property owned by the
Village of Lake George used as a park and parking lot, to the lake.
