§ A206-1 Hedge/shrubs policy.

Allow all existing shrubs/hedges that are not a safety issue.

§ A206-2 Corner properties.

A. No hedges/shrubs of any kind are allowed on Village property (approximately 12 feet in from the street).

B. Any hedge extending forward of the front face of the house requires Board of Trustees' approval.

C. Replacement of existing perimeter hedges in a front yard (a corner property is deemed to have two front yards) requires Board of Trustees' approval.

D. No perimeter hedges are allowed across a front yard.

§ A206-3 Other properties.

Hedges in the rear yard and in the side yard which do not extend forward of the front face of the house do not require approval by the Board of Trustees.

A. No hedges/shrubs of any kind are allowed on Village property (approximately 12 feet in from the street).

B. Any hedge extending forward of the front face of the house requires Board of Trustees approval.

C. Installation or replacement of perimeter hedges between properties which extend forward of the front face of the house require approval by the Board of Trustees.

D. No perimeter hedges are allowed across a front yard.
