and southwest section of the lot will be posted "4 Hour Parking -
6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday."
(c)
Approximately 93 spaces in the center section
of the lot will be posted "No Parking 5:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m."
(d)
Two spaces in the east center of the lot will be posted "No
Parking Nov. 1 - April 1."

Parking in all sections of the Dietz Street Parking
Lot is prohibited from 12:00 midnight Tuesday to 6:00 a.m. Wednesday.

A.
Parking in the municipal parking garage will be prohibited
from 12:00 midnight on Monday to 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday in the lower
level. Parking is prohibited on the middle level from 12:00 midnight
Wednesday to 6:00 a.m. on Thursday. Parking is also prohibited on
the top level from 12:00 midnight Sunday to 6:00 a.m. on Monday. The
prohibition of parking in the garage is not in effect when the Mayor
declares a snow emergency.

parking garage on Market Street as follows:

Northern section, upper level of the parking
garage, approximately 73 spaces as posted: two-hour parking from 7:00
a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
(2)
Southern section, approximately 45 spaces as
posted: four-hour parking from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
(3)
Western section along Chestnut Street Extension,
approximately 13 spaces as posted: no parking from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00
a.m.
The Engineering Department shall be responsible
for the installation, operation, maintenance, policing and supervision
of parking meters in this City.
A.
Installation.
(1)
Pavement markings shall be applied, where practicable,
outlining parking spaces in parking meter zones established in this
article.
(2)
Parking meters shall be installed immediately adjacent
to the parking spaces.
(3)
No parking spaces shall be applied at, nor meters
installed adjacent to, locations where parking, standing or stopping
is prohibited pursuant to § 1202 of the Vehicle and Traffic
Law or by this chapter or other ordinance of this City where parking
spaces are in conflict with such prohibitions.
The City Chamberlain shall keep a record of
the collection of fees made from all parking meters in this City and
shall credit such fees to the general fund.
A.
Deposit of fee required.
(1)
No person shall park a vehicle in a parking space
of any parking meter zone adjacent to a parking meter during the hours
of parking meter operation unless the appropriate fee is immediately
deposited in such meter.
(2)
No person shall park a vehicle in a parking space
of any parking meter zone adjacent to a parking meter during the hours
of parking meter operation while such meter is displaying a signal
indicating the expiration of the time period associated with the deposit
of fees.
(3)
Legal currency required. No person shall deposit or
attempt to deposit in any parking meter any slug, button or any other
device or substance as substitutes for coins of United States Currency.
