[Adopted 6-14-1979 by Ord. No. 1321 (Art. III of Ch. 15 of the Code of Ordinances of 1972)]
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
HUDSON SHORES PARK
All that parcel of land situate in the City of Watervliet bounded on the north by a chain link fence beginning at a point approximately to the east of the Watervliet Twenty-Third Street exit of Route 787; thence to the termination of said fence at the west bank of the Hudson River; thence in a southerly direction along the west bank of the Hudson River to a point indicated by a chain link fence; thence north along the fence line to the point of beginning.

A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to gain entrance to or be within the Hudson Shores Park between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. and Pershing Green Park between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

B. 
The General Manager is hereby authorized to secure and display signs indicating the following:

C. 
Patrons of any City authorized business establishment within the Hudson Shores Park are allowed to gain entrance to or be within such park between the hours of operation of such business establishment.

Editor's Note: This ordinance also provided that the title of Art. I be changed from Hudson Shores Park to Hudson Shores Park and Pershing Green Park.

Any person who shall violate the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a violation and shall be subject to a penalty as set forth in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article III, General Penalty.
