No person shall throw, deposit, discard or place,
or cause to be thrown, deposited, discarded or placed, any glass,
metal, snow, vegetation or refuse of any kind upon any public square,
street, sidewalk or other public property in the Borough of Clarion.

Any person who shall violate any provision of
this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a
fine of not more than $100 and costs of prosecution or, in default
of payment of such fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not
more than 30 days.
