Article I Meetings

§ 6-1 Regular meetings.

The Board of Commissioners shall regularly meet in public session at the Township Building on Park Side Place, West Point, Pennsylvania, at 7:30 p.m. on the fourth Monday of each month.

§ 6-2 Notice to be posted.

Public notice of each special meeting and of each rescheduled regular or special meeting shall be given, of the date, time and place of such meeting, by posting notice prominently at the Township Building at least 24 hours prior to the special or rescheduled meeting.

Article II Salaries

§ 6-3 Salary established.

The salary to be paid to each member of the Board of Commissioners of Upper Gwynedd Township is hereby established at $3,250 per annum, payable quarterly.

§ 6-4 When salary effective.

As provided by Section 603 of the First Class Township Code,[1] the salary payable to any member of the Board of Commissioners as specified in § 6-3 hereof shall become effective on the first day of the term of said member of the Board of Commissioners, commencing after the effective date of this article.

§ 6-5 Effective date.

This article shall become effective on January 1, 1996.
