The Township or its designee may inspect all phases
of the construction, operations, maintenance and any other implementation
of stormwater management facilities.
B.Â
During any stage of the regulated earth disturbance
activities, if the Township or its designee determines that any BMPs
are not being implemented in accordance with this chapter, the Township
may suspend or revoke any existing permits or other approvals until
the deficiencies are corrected.
A.Â
Upon presentation of proper credentials, duly authorized
representatives of the Township may enter at reasonable times upon
any property within the Township to inspect the implementation of
BMPs or the condition, operation and maintenance of stormwater management
facilities in regard to any aspect governed by this chapter.
B.Â
Stormwater management facilities owners and operators
shall allow persons working on behalf of the Township ready access
to all parts of the premises for the purposes of determining compliance
with this chapter.
C.Â
Persons working on behalf of the Township shall have
the right to temporarily locate on any stormwater management facilities
in the Township such devices as are necessary to conduct monitoring
and/or sampling of the discharges from such stormwater management
facilities.
