No person shall coast upon any public street, sidewalk, lane, alley, avenue, highway or public walk within the corporate limits of Cuba Village, New York, upon any handsled, bob, sleigh or similar device.
No person shall throw or cast snowballs, ice or stones on any of the streets of this Village.
No person shall play ball or in any manner throw, catch or bat or kick any ball upon any of the streets of this Village.

Any person committing an offense against any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a violation pursuant to the Penal Law of the State of New York, punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
