§ 230-5 Amendments adopted.

The Technical Amendments to the 1990 National Electrical Code are hereby adopted by reference.

§ 230-6 Availability of copy of amendments.

Notice is hereby given that a copy of the Technical Amendments to the 1990 National Electrical Code is available for public use and inspection at the office of the Clerk of the Village of New Haven.

§ 230-7 Violations and penalties.

Any person, firm or corporation who or which shall violate any provision of the Technical Amendments to the 1990 National Electrical Code or this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the provisions set forth in Chapter 59, Municipal Civil Infractions, of the Code of the Village of New Haven. Every day that a violation continues after due notice has been served in accordance with the terms and provisions hereof shall be deemed a separate offense. Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit the Village of New Haven or any of its authorized officers or employees from proceeding in a court having jurisdiction to restrain any violation of the code or this article.
