Fire prevention — See Ch. 105.
For the purpose of determining the application
of the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code in
the Village of Millbrook, the following areas shall comprise Fire
Limits B:

All lots fronting on either side of the following
streets:

Starting at the Village Fire House at the corner
of Washington Avenue and Front Street thence north along Front Street
to Merritt Avenue.

Merritt Avenue east from the corner of Front
Street to the intersection of Merritt Avenue with Church Street.

Church Street from Merritt Avenue south to the
intersection of Church Street with Washington Avenue.
| |
|
Washington Avenue from Church Street west to
the intersection of Washington Avenue with Front Street.
| |
|
Commencing at the Village Fire House at the
corner of Washington Avenue and Front Street, following Front Street
south to its intersection with the State Road and thence north along
the State Road and then its continuation along North Avenue to the
intersection of North Avenue and Front Street and then south along
Front Street to its intersection with Merritt Avenue.

Franklin Avenue from the upper intersection
with Maple Avenue, west along Franklin Avenue to the Tribute Garden
on the west side of the Village Green.
