Editor's Note: This resolution was subject to permissive
referendum.
The Village of Cuba Village does hereby authorize the issuance
of licenses by the Town of Cuba, pursuant to its Ordinance for Conduct
of Games of Chance-Cuba, for games of chance within the territorial
limits of the Village of Cuba Village.
