[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of Cuba Village 5-23-1977 as Ch. 53 of the 1977 Code. Amendments noted where applicable.]
No person shall use or set any steel trap within the corporate limits of Cuba Village, New York, for the trapping of any animal or for any purpose whatsoever unless permission is obtained from the property owner where the same is set or used.
No person shall shoot, fire or explode or cause to be shot, fired or exploded any gun, air gun or spring gun on any of the streets or in any place in Cuba Village, New York, except police officers during the exercise of their duties.

Any person committing an offense against any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a violation pursuant to the Penal Law of the State of New York, punishable by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
